Senior Business Consultant
Allocated to Netcompany’s Bid Management department as Lead for selected parts of large public tenders, responsible for developing strategy and coordinating contributions to ensure high-quality and competitive submissions.
Developed the strategy and lead the team responsible for key parts of large public tenders.
Ensured quality, consistency, and alignment of tender material with overall bid strategy, while coordinating input from multiple subject matter experts under tight deadlines.
Allocated as Implementation and Change Management Team Lead and Head of Communication to The Danish Police; POL-DISP (Dispatch system):
Led the national organizational implementation of POL-DISP across all 12 police districts in Denmark, including the full change management and training program (materials, e-learning, end-user training).
Supported system adoption among 12,000 end-users, ensuring seamless transition.
Managed and developed a team of 5 consultants, driving competence development, mentoring, and high-quality delivery.
